Depends on how fed up you are at their collection attempts and how many violations you have them on. If I had them on any violations, I would actively pursue them for a deletion of their Trade Line or file your lawsuit. It is very likely that as soon as you serve their Registered Agent, they will call you or write you and ask to settle quickly. They know they can't properly validate and an application for credit won't hold up as evidence in court. When I was in your position, if it looked like or smelled like a CA, I sued it. I had nothing to lose, so I thought, lets go get an education.
