Depends on your state about vacating judgments, but it is longer than 21 days. IT can be up to a year. If you missed it, you are out of luck. At this point, it is best to just let sleeping dogs lay unless you are prepared to pay, because if you are doing credit repair and notify the collection agency, they might in turn come after you and make attempts to renew the judgment which will give them options of collecting from you.

Is that really what you want to do. A judgment stays on your credit report for seven years from the date it was issued. Sometimes it is best to just let sleeping dogs lie. If you wake that collection agency, they might get personal, pull your file, discover that you have had the judgment deleted and they might try and collect and reenter the judgment again.
