Congrats on everything so far airics.
Hope things continue to go in the direction they seem to be headed. I remember your earilier posts about the shorter SOL period on forclosed personal residence, I seemed right on to me. Good luck, I think there is a chance that they will not even show up at the next hearing, or they might move, on their own, to dismiss the case, right before the hearing date of course.
