Being sued in Missouri....help!

A summons was left at my door for 2 accounts that I have. One is approx $600 the other approx $2400. The last payments were made between 4.5 and 5 years ago. I have many other charged off debts. What am I supposed to do? Should I file bankruptcy? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
