I'm not fed up. The CAs only have a mailing address for me. The only thing I'm really concerned about is whether they will sue before I can get on a payment program in 1-2 months. From my credit report, I look pretty "judgement proof", but you never know. This is why I was wondering if sending a second validation letter would be a good idea, or if this is just going to piss them off into suing me. It doesn't sound like they've commited any violations, have they?

BTW, if they decide to sue me, how long does it actually take before one has to show up in court?
Just wondering how much time I have to work with.
