You really need to take care of the judgment.

A short term fix would be to call up the credit bureaus and tell them you never lived at the address associated with the judgment and to remove it from the personal info on your reports. It might take a couple tries depending on how stubborn they are, but its pretty easy.

Then dispute the judgment as "not mine". Since judgments do not contain social security numbers, the CRA won't be able to verify then poof its gone from your reports.

To completely get rid of one you gotta pay it off, have it vacated, or wait till hell freezes over and it expires.
