Does anyone know ,
do I have to legally inform the person I am talking to the phone,
that I am taping our conversation?
i live in NEW YORK STATE. See my post below,
a law firm collection agency,
has gotten a judgement against me without serving me any legal papers. I want to call them and see what kind of bogus answer they will give me and hear if they will try to force me into some kind of agreement releasing them from damages for getting that judgement without proper service.
