Amsouth harassing calls

Any thing else I can do on this situation. Tempted to just quit paying. Amsouth is the original creditor. I got behind, am all caught up but about $100.

Here's the letter i send to BBB:

Reference complaint from Tuesday, November 11, 2003

This has not been resolved satisfactorily. On 11/20/03 Amsouth called around 4:45 p.m. and I answered and explained to the lady that I send 125 per month and the last three months history is as follows:

I explained to her that in keeping with this schedule the next payment and check would be:

12/5/03 Amsouth Bank - $125.00 5083

I have offered to send validation of these prescheduled payments numerous times. The lady told me they would continue to call even though they had spoken to me and knew all the arrangements.

True to her word I received a call back within the hour. This is harassment and is in violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act As amended by Public Law 104-208, 110 Stat. 3009 (Sept. 30, 1996).

I pay on a regular basis, they know this but call honest to God 12 -15 times a day, repeat calls even if I do talk to them - any ideas?
