LOL they are liars. There is no time limit to validate. IF they refuse and continue to collect they violated the fdcpa. IF there was a time limit all the CA has to do is not send out the letters and just lie and say they did. Then they could collect on bogus debts all they want without proof. sherman lies constantly. Ignore everything they say and send in your validation letter certified mail.
