I am having difficulty with this company, too. We agreed to a certain dollar settlement with Sherman/Alegis Group and have paid as agreed upon. Now, we are receiving letters and phone calls from someone else saying that the agreement is not acceptable and they will persue us even after the full amount agreed upon is paid to Sherman/Alegis, for a lot more money. Don't know what to do.
