first off thanks so much for all the help with the teenage daughter got a lawyer and now it's all taken care of . my next question is I have been paying a charge off to a law /ca for a providian account they got a lawyer in my town , so I figured they are going to sue me well ask for validation with the ca from hurst tx, colorado capital investment still haven't heard from them sent several just tells me If I don't pay will see me in court
well I have a cr and it shows the oc and the ca for the same account when it's paid will it show for both of them or what I can't see paying for the 2 accounts when it's only one account any help is greatly appericated the sol isn't up until 4/2004 and have made 1600 on the account the amount on the cr shows a differnt one it say's about 3500 and the law office send me a statement and it say I still owe around 3800 and that is after the 1600 already made please help me
I ask for a settlment and they told me no all or see me in court thanks for all the help again great site for help
