Click on the link Credit Laws associated with this site. Click on Truth in Lending Act and print it out in entirety. Mastercard charge cards is an open ended revolving account according to the definitions of open ended credit defined in this act. Print it out in entirety and look through it carefully underlining all pertinent rules and information pertaining to open ended credit. It is an open ended revolving account subject to the statute of limitations of 4 years. Bring this to your attorney and see if they can move to vacate the judgment or if they can't appeal it.
