when can i see exhibits?

is the court summons to include all exhibits that the plantiff intends to share with the court (or are there more)? if a contract is attatched as exhibit A to the summons is that the basis for the hearing? ss number on contract isnt mine, i have been told that this information is all i need to show a judge and it will be all over, is this true? thanks sun
