They can't do anything more than what you can do. All it takes is a time and the cost of some certified letters. I've spent $80 so far and I'm almost done with ours. That's in about 2 months also. Unless you just don't want to fool with it, I would do it yourself. But just a FYI before we decided to do this on our own, I checked them out with the BBB and they sounded fine.
