They baught the debt from Providian. SOL is three More years away. They called my fathers and told his wife that I owed a deby and they needed to get in touch with me so they could mak a decision. Finally calle dme on my cell phone, I picked answered and hung back up. They called right back and left a voice mail saying you are playing with the wrong people, picking up and then haning up, you are trash. Got another call the next day and didn't answer. Left another mssg saying stop playing games and pick up we need to make a decision and you have to talk to us. I recvd a valid first letter from them and have sent off validation, but it has not been signed for yet. I know the telling third party info is a violation, but are there really any other violations so far?
