If you truly paid the debt off with Structure, and they in turn sold that debt to a CA, then you would need to go after Structure. You may want to notify Asset Acceptance of a pending lawsuit with Structure for a debt sold to them that was paid in full and advise them not to attempt collection on a paid account. Advise Asset Acceptance to return the account back to Structure for a full accounting.
