If they deleted your Judgment because you were not served correctly or served at all. Then there would be a Memorandum order and Judgment Correcting (date of yours)Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc. If this is the case, and it sound like it, you would use the court copy of the ammended Judgment and send it to the CRA asking for the CA's listing to be deleted. The CRA will do so immediately. You still are a party to this as the CA could take you back to court. I can't imagine a CA doing this twice but I guess it could happen. I would make very sure that I could not be found by that process server a second time either.
