Although the OC's don't have to validate, they don't know this. I have always used the same letter of validation that I would send to a CA. If they don't validate, you send a copy of your letter with CRRR's to CRA's for deletion of their Trade Line. I've had great success with this. Sometimes the OC will send you a letter informing you that they are deleting their Trade Line. I always send letters of Validation to OC's if their Trade Line is showing.
