In my opinion and in my experience, you should not attempt validation with a CRA just disputes such as (not mine) etc. You should always attempt validation with the CA or the OC first. This view is not accepted by all here on this forum. However I can tell you for a fact that it works quite well and in my opinion works faster than going to a CRA first. Most of the time a CRA will just come back at you with "verified". so why bother with them, go direct to the source of the problem the CA or the OC. If they can't or won't validate within 45 days, then send in the a copy of the letter sent to them and a copy of your CRRR's to all reporting CRA's asking for deletion.You should get your deletions.
