Sounds like they haven't charged off the debt as of 90 days. W & A is representing them, so send the Request for Validation. You owe W & A no money so don't pay them any money. They will attempt a bogus arbitration claim against you. At the first mention of arbitration, fire off a letter to them requesting the AGREEMENT to arbitrate that has YOUR signature. Of course there isn't one because you never agreed to arbitration. Do not talk to W & A at all!!
