No, I didn't send out a C&D. Was told by someone here that "less is more" and that this might force the CA to sue me.

The only thing I've send out so far is a validation letter in which I said: "I have received your letter re the above-referenced account. I am disputing the exact amount of the debt and am therefore requesting written verification of it from the original creditor. I am sending this letter within 30 days of receiving your letter."

I don't know what an "interrogatory" is. Could you please explain so I know if I should use one.
