Interrogatories are specific questions on a separate form that I have used to intimidate the CA. I also make certain statements on the Interrogatories such as; Your state records indicate that your Registered Agent is listed as (name)and that their address is (address). What you have told them is that there is a possibility that you may sue them and that you know the procedure, but you didn't say it. I ask for assignment and/or sale documents, so as to establish your rights of access to my personal information and your right to collect this alleged account. I have a list of about 8 questions that I use as part of validation. In your case I believe you decided to not do anything else, just to lay low and get into your written plan payments.
