Wonderful story, happy ending to what no doubt was a horrifying beginning and tortuously long time before these bloodticks were vanquished.
It's a fine testament to the kindness of those who run this board and so generously dispense their wisdom. Am not referring to self as whatever this unworthy scribe knows was learned from kind souls posting here to help consumers.
Judge Cracker never had the pleasure of meeting me. Prior to learning about this board very kind people at Legal Aid showed how to answer a suit pro se, explaining that by answering we assert out rights and make it hard for the enemy. Legal Aid did this despite my inelligibility for their services, generous folk indeed as with fine friends on this board.
Proving what so many on this board state, by answering the other side loses interest. Easy money is what warms the hole where their hearts should be. Fight them back and they move on to the next target of opportunity, like a burglar in search of an unlocked door.
Troubles evaporated with time's passage. Fortunately with one twisted little gnat the Judge was knowledgeable of collection law at state and federal level. Took note that rights were asserted, affirmative defenses courtesy this board were presented. Case dismissed.
It's hearing from those on this board and from others in person about the irregular cruel conduct of Judge Cracker and his rulings against others that has proven unsettling. Not to worry. There are entities which can audit dog-track chums of AssXXXX Acceptic including Judge Cracker. Good for us. Too bad for them.
Fix victory first in your mind and it will be yours.
Unsettlingly,

Keyser Soze
