As I said before, the applicable statutes have to do with WHERE the repo took place, so you need to look at the RISA statutes of the State where the mobile home was repossessed, as well as the UCC requirements for THAT State.

I have NO idea about exactly what proper service is in these circumstances, however, if you go to my website, it has a link to rules of service for each State.
