Im in VA, Med Supplier is in Tenn. Rented wheelchair for several months (I pd part-Medicare pd part). Got letter from med supplier saying we could continue renting or that medicare would purchase for us (medicare purchase form was enclosed). Called med supplier to find out total cost of purchase, instructions, etc. Med supply told me total cost would be 84.50 and to return signed form with payment. Wrote check for 84.50 (marked PAID IN FULL, serial #, acct#, etc. and mailed with form to them. They cashed the check. Now a cou[le months later med supply is sending me bill saying I still owe co-pay of 62.50. Do I have to pay?
