Just got in all 3 of my credit reports, from extensive research, I believe these items have to fall off my credit report based on the "first major delinquency" problem is not one of the reports actually list such a date!

Equifax at least has a place in their account listings for reporting the delinquency just none of the creditor's filled it out! The dates are in the account histories just not identified as such. Interesting note, in the fine print this company says "time periods listed above are measured from the date in your credit file shown in the 'date of last activity' field accompanying the particular credit or collection accont."

Experian list charge off dates and past history and does not mention major deliquency anywhere!

Trans Union merely list the charge off dates period!

Question is how to I start to correct all this? All I am asking is accurracy, 7 years have passed and I have been punished enough!
