Make sure your agreements are in writing or you don't have an agreement. They do what all CA's do if they can get you to send them any money without a written agreement. They sell off the remaining balance to another CA. Which also should be included in your agreement. If you would have asked here, you would have been advised to get everything in writing first. Never trust a CA.
I would suggest that you move your checking account to a different bank or change the primary.
