Thanks for your advice - from the sound of things W & M is pretty brutal and should be avoided if at all possible. Are they one of the more slimey collection companies? Just my luck - this is coming from someone who has always paid her debts but this year has been a very hard one for me and I have had to pull back on my obligations....so this is what happens. Boy, this is an education in itself.

Thanks for the input and advice - I will proceed with extreme caution.
