question- credit w/bank one

I have 2 separate acounts w/ Bank One. One was recently charged off to MRS. Well, I was late paying on the other and the woman from bank one said...you have 2accounts with us, oh wait, 1 has $0 balance.(that 0 balance must be the 1 that was charged off)So, if MRS is saying they are talking to Bank One to get 1/2 of what they owe, that now tells me they WERE lying. I'm going to call Bank One tomorrow and try to get a hardship program for this other account too. Does Bank One do that?..they didn't even offer me the option before the other one got charged off.
