Don't worry about who can get what from whom , just focus on paying down your debt, negotiating settlements, and making good decisions. It sounds as if you have a plan for debt illimination, you are more than half way there. If you need help with negotiations, settlements or mutual agreements, everyone here will do their best to help you.
