Abitration for debt collection is nothing but an attempt to strip you of your rights to due process. The supposedly non-biased arbitrators are PAID big bucks by scum banks like MBNA and they are NOT unbiased - they are competely biased in the CREDITORS favor ! I've seen countless stories from people who have been thru the arbitraiton grinder.. and in every account it was painfully obvious that the arbitration was already lost before they even got to the table.

REFUSE ABRITRATION, do NOT let them attempt to take away your legal rights by circumventing the courts.
