thank you LadynRed, what i worry about on the tax end is the fact that we file joint returns, the debts are all mine and indvidual, and BK would be individual on me alone. i guess i could try to file seperate/married this year. i am the BK ready one, not DH. this is because of my business falling off, but the debts are my personal ones- all cc not related to business, xcept that the money is not coming in like before. the one good thing is my DH good credit is reporting on my CR's as well, and my bad stuff is not on his. so its not like i would be totaly without any credit- he can still get good loans if there's an emergency. i just will have to find him some tax deductions if we file seperate. gotta talk to our cpa. think i need to talk to that lawyer, she must be good if thats all she does-BK law. gotta get things going for my MIL as well, if its possible, before its too late-DH has power of attorney for her, that may help. thanx again Lady-i gotta go get some work done :( faux
