From a lenders point of view, it is looked at just like individual collections on separte accounts. Or an agreement you've made with a collection agency.

Banks have no assurance that you will maintain your schedule of payments with that agency and neither would a CRA. So in my opinion, your CR would be about the same (more or less) a point or two than if you had individual collections on these accounts.

Also in my opinion, the places that so called "manage your accounts" or nothing more than hybrid collection agencies that have made deals with many banks, that you could make on your own without their assistance and accounts would not have to remain on your CR if the deals are done right.
