Sent a 2nd validation request and got 2 old bills. None of the info on the bills matched their info. No signed contract.

They then sent a new collection letter AND verified with all 3 CRA's.

They ARE NOT licensed in WA and washington department of licensing says they have to be.

I just sent an ITS but have heard nothing yet.
Also complained to FTC, Washington Attorney General and BBB - will be sending something to the ACA this week unless I hear from Asset to say they are leaving me alone on this past SOL debt....
What do I do now???
