With the CA??? no - everything I've agreed to pay has been over the phone. I signed consent to treat forms at the hospital but they say nothing about interest.

I was at the hospital the other day for X-rays and I paid careful attention to the financial info part. They have now added a "interest may accrue as allowed by state laws." But this was NOT in the old ones I signed for these treatment dates.... If I can get these guys to back off on the interest I would automatically have two more bills paid off ($300 in interest I supposedly had to pay on previous paid collections shoul dhave gone to pay the ones I'm paying now)
