Student loan- You obviously paid late, thats why it is showing up as late. Claim was filed with gov't. I'm afraid you'll be looking at this one for 7 years.

Is the Providian a recent chargeoff? If not, then use validation option below.

Park Dansen- Are they a CA or an OC? Either way just send letter of validation, when they don't validate, send in a copy of your letter and copy of CRRR to CRA's for deletion.

As for the late pays, do the same as above just change the letter to something like this; You are hereby notified that you are reporting erroneous information as certain postings included in my Credit Profile such as (list the problems) are in err. Please correct your mistakes and make the appropriate changes to the CRA's you subscribe to. Please copy me on any correspondance you have with any and all CRA's.

This is just a suggestion.
