Hang onto your CRRR. Get a log book and enter dates and times that correspond with recorded messages. Your log book will hold up good in court. Additionally, when they call again, answer the phone and push the record button and record yourself telling them not to call you again. Tell them you sent them C&D of which they signed for on such and such date and Record their response. Trap them just like they try to trap you.

However, I would rather have a letter violation from them after sending them your C&D. Have they sent any additional letters after signing for your C&D?
