I have seen the websites for these services that offer to make your credit card debt and mortgage debt go away by some illegality in how banks create debt for borrowers. An example website is at http://www.dlkconsultants.org/ Do these services work, and if so, why are more companies not providing this service? Can it be done by oneself instead of paying $3000 upfront plus a portion of the amount discharged? This seems like a recipie to take all you want from the banks. - Joe
