The woman I spoke to on the phone from bank One said all I needed to do was apply an extra amount of $ to the minimum amount and after 6months it should get paid back and not be reported as delinquent, nor will they continue to apply over-the-limit fees again. Hmm, we'll see. Someone asked about Hardship programs below-I am on one thru Discover for one year. They automatically w/drawl the agreed amount payment from my checking. So far its keeping my head above water with them. I get so stressed out with all this though:( Due to job loss and other rough spots life has hit us with, I wonder if it'll ever get better. We're trying so hard to keep our head above water,minus one charge-off, that we never have fun any more. Every penny goes to regular bills and credit card debt. What's the toughest right now is telling 4 children there is no gifts for xmas.It gets so depressing:(
