I did send a cease & desist letter, but they being the original creditor ignored it. Waste of $4.42 CRRR, with FDCPA not applying.

Anyway, they did rattle my cage a little, not enough to call them, but enough to call a bankruptcy attorney. I think I will pass seeing the attorney for now. I kind on enjoyed getting the imperative messages. Or when they caught me off guard and I answered hanging up on them after telling them I can’t take their call.

They say they don’t enjoy playing my games, but whom is playing the games? If after a nice letter requesting all telephone contact cease, and numerous directions not to call. Why call, if not to play THEIR games?
