Received a judgement in Virginia from CAP 1 back in 2000. At the time, I was living out of state (California). I was never served. Recently found this judgement listing on my credit report. Is it too late to get his amended and removed from my report? I was never served & knew nothing about the law suit. They got a default judgement.
