Why Chat is right on the money when he says that you run the risk of being served in the future if this is actually removed from your CR and that service by posting or publication could have been used in your case.

As this Judgment is up for revival in 2005, I think I would wait as Why Chat suggests, just to be on the safe side. If the Judgment is not revived at the end of the first revival date, then it would be safe to attempt vacating, or amending the judgment Nunc Pro Tunc according to Supreme Court Rule 74.06. You will have to check with the court to see what the servicing document actually says or if service was ever accomplished before proceeding.
