I am not forgetting, its just too remote as in (vast wilderness) that a lawsuit would ever be filed again, if the current one is not revived. I suggested that (Down) wait until after the 5 year revival date as I believe it would be safe for removal then. I still believe that. I don't believe tolling will ever be an issue.

If it was my hide and not (Down's) on the line, I would nullify this Judgment tomorrow, provided the servicing document shows that there was no service of any kind. I don't believe that this Judgment will ever come home to roost.

As (Down) has been well informed, he/she will have to make that decision.
