There should be a Cambece Page on this website. First, If Cambece is working your MBNA account, then MBNA sold that account to Collect America CACV of Colorado LLC a debt buyer. MBNA no longer owns your account or has any interest in your account. They sold your account to CACV for 10 cents on the dollar because they decided there was no hope of recovering anything from you by suing you. Now Cambece (CACV rent-a-lawyer) steps up with all sorts of threats of suing you. First note, Cambece cannot sue anyone out of his home state of Massachusetts. MBNA would have sued you themselves if you were worth suing, so take all threats from Cambece with large grain of salt. Read the information from Bud Hibbs website on both Cambece and Collect America. Proceed accordingly. Don’t let this guy bully you or threaten you in any way. All his threats are hollow.
