Are they for real? I jumped ship on negotiator to an eliminator, now I have a civil summons. Still have other accounts waiting. Live in NC. Accounts have all been discharged. Last payment 2/2002. Only sent several dispute letters, several C&D letters, and no response from any. Credit report shows "charged off". I'm concerned about lawsuits, garnishments, taking money from my bank account. Please give advise.
