Isn't it true that they were required to send me a notice of public resale. This notice, as I understand it, should of been sent to me before they sold the car. Is that the case? Also if they did not send it to me certified mail, then how could they possibly prove that I received it or that they even sent it?

I did receive the deficiency letter. It stated the car was sold and that I owe them $10,500 on a car that I bought for $14,000. This is after they sold it at auction for $7100. Is this reasonable?
