I was never served. Is this enough to get a judgemnet vacated? I talked to an attorney and she said that I need to prove that the debt is not mine or something is wrong to w/ the judgement to get the judgement dismisse/vacated. Ginger & others: Is there any way that I could get the judgement dismissed?
