I'm an attorney near Seattle, looking at a lawsuit against RJM for misrepresenting that they are not a debt collector. Has anyone else (other than my client) received letter that say something like "RJM Acquisitions LLC is not a collection agency" or "We are your new creditor"? I'd appreciate just getting a handle on the scope, to see if it's worth filing as a class action.
