I have posted on CB - but this seems to be the best way to post directly to you. First - did you get the link to the michigan RISA I sent? Second -- I cannot, no matter WHAT I look for - or WHERE I look -- seem to find the official michigan laws on repossession. My husband has had 4 repos. One has a judgment (asset) and I am not dealing with that right now.. I will deal with that later. Right now, I am trying to get the michigan laws about repos and the risa and the MVRISC(contract) A for michigan and make sense of htem - I CANT. Either I am dim-witted..or its all a mess. The closest thing I can find is a case where a man, in michigan won against a judgment because it was after 4 years - based on the UCC. I am afraid of writing these letters and sending em out - and not having any clue as to what they really mean for michigan. Please help direct me to the right areas in the RISA or MVRISCA...or specific Repo laws. (everything I find on repossession deals with house forclosure) Thanks in advance for any help.
