When can a CA start legal proceedings on an uncollected medical bill? This bill was supposed to have been taken care of by my insurance. But, the doctor who administered the anesthesia is under a group now. Do I have a case? The insurance company says that prior to the doctor joining the group, he was part of my insurance network.
